Return Period:

The customer has the right to request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.

After this period, return requests will not be accepted for any reason.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging and wrapping intact.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases where the customer made an error in selecting the product.

Products damaged due to improper storage or shipping by delivery companies (especially free gifts) are not the responsibility of the company.

Cases in Which the Company Covers Shipping Costs:

In the case of a fundamental defect in the product itself (not in the external packaging)

If an incorrect product was sent, or if the product specifications differ from what was displayed on the store.

In such cases, the company will cover the shipping costs both ways.

Cases in Which the Customer Bears the Shipping Costs:

If the product is returned at the customer’s request (without any defect or error from the store), a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the customer orders a product by mistake, they will bear the full shipping costs in case of an exchange.

Refunds:

Only the product amount will be refunded (excluding shipping or delivery fees).


If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. The process may take up to 30 days depending on the bank’s system.

Non-Returnable Products:

Products purchased as part of promotions or discounts.
Products that do not have a fundamental defect affecting their usability.
Products whose serial number does not match the one registered in our system.

It will be exchanged free of charge after verifying its condition.

It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging and wrapping, and without any damage.
