At Shay, we are committed to providing a unique shopping experience and always strive for our customers\u2019 satisfaction. Therefore, we present to you the following Return and Exchange Policy: <\/span><\/p>

Return Period:<\/span><\/h2>

The customer has the right to request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.

<\/span><\/p>

After this period, return requests will not be accepted for any reason. <\/span><\/p>

Return and Exchange Conditions:<\/span><\/h2>

The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging and wrapping intact.

<\/span><\/p>

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases where the customer made an error in selecting the product.<\/span><\/p>

Products damaged due to improper storage or shipping by delivery companies (especially free gifts) are not the responsibility of the company.<\/span><\/p>

Cases in Which the Company Covers Shipping Costs:<\/span><\/h2>

In the case of a fundamental defect in the product itself (not in the external packaging)<\/span><\/p>

If an incorrect product was sent, or if the product specifications differ from what was displayed on the store.<\/span><\/p>

In such cases, the company will cover the shipping costs both ways.

Cases in Which the Customer Bears the Shipping Costs:<\/span><\/h2>


If the product is returned at the customer\u2019s request (without any defect or error from the store), a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. <\/span><\/p>

If the customer orders a product by mistake, they will bear the full shipping costs in case of an exchange. <\/span><\/p>

Refunds:<\/span><\/h2>

Only the product amount will be refunded (excluding shipping or delivery fees).

<\/span>If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. The process may take up to 30 days depending on the bank\u2019s system. <\/span><\/p>

Non-Returnable Products:<\/span><\/h2>

Products purchased as part of promotions or discounts.<\/span>
<\/span>Products that do not have a fundamental defect affecting their usability.<\/span>
<\/span>Products whose serial number does not match the one registered in our system.<\/span><\/p>

Special Cases:<\/span><\/h2>

If you receive a wrong or different product than what was displayed, we\u2019re happy to assist you through: <\/span><\/p>

It will be exchanged free of charge after verifying its condition.<\/span><\/p>

It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging and wrapping, and without any damage.
